Letěl jsem dva lety. Log o letech jsem chtěl odeslat najednou po obou letech, ale odeslal se jen jeden.

Kvůli správnému uložení vašeho letu do databáze je nutné odesílat log po každém provedeném letu. Technicky je sice možné odeslat několik logů za sebou, ale v tomto případě by nebyl výsledek uložení správný.

I would like to promote to a higher rank. What do I need to do?

 Simply fly. You will have an option for a promotion based on your flight hours, reported via CSAV Šemík software and after passing the exam.  Read CSAV Direrctive for a minimal required flight hours count for each rank. The process of promotion is handled by CSAV Test Center.

I have completed a flight, but the lenght of flight is still 00:00 hours.

1. This can happen from time to time in the event of a failure on either VATSIM or our server. The process of validation the flight is quite sensitive to disconnections. If you are sure you did everything right, contact administrator and ask for a correction.

2. Check "Tracking status" on the website in sidepanel. This panel displays the state of connection to VATSIM and IVAO. When red light is on, it is not safe to make a valid flight.

Do I have to use exactly the same aircraft that is used in flight timetable, or can I choose any aircraft to make a flight?

 You can choose any aircraft you want for any flight from CSAV timetable. System only checks if you are departing from and landing at correct airport, and your online presence on either of the networks. When using CSAV Šemík, you also need to use one of the aircrafts from the software configuration.
